Hello Dear Parent-to-be,

Thank you for considering me as your personal Doula! With over 20 years of medical experience, including over 15 of those years as a nurse. I am passionate about serving my clients. My Clients well being, health and happiness has always been of upmost importance. Through my doula services and long nursing experience, I am able to offer each expectant Mother the tools and support needed for a better birthing experience. I can also provide you with continuing support as you welcome your bundle of joy. Your birth plan will be customized and tailored specifictly for your needs. Starting with pre delivery visits to carefully create your birthing plan. I will attend your birth may it be at home, a birthing center or hospital. There will also be a post delivery care visit to assist with baby's first bath, guidance in newborn safety and in postpartum wellness. The time spent at your side during delivery can be customized to fit exactly what you need. Also, additional pre/post delivery visits can be added. Let's chat and plan a complimentary meet and greet! All my services are also available in Spanish.

A doula is a professional who will assist you through the birthing process. By providing emotional and physical support before, during and after birth. The goal is to give an empowering experience and to create a birthing plan. By having a birthing plan this will support for a better and more controlled birthing experience. A birthing doula is present during birth, but does not deliver baby. The goal is to assist Mother by offering relaxation, comfort and breathing techniques. This can be done through labor positioning, massaging, essential oils, prayer and music. Every birthing plan will be detailed to each Mothers needs. 

-As of 2023 some insurances and medi-cal are covering doula expenses. 

-I am currently only independently taking private pay.

But, if your are seeking help with payment I can refer you to a fellow friend who I have partnered with for insurance and medical pay.
