Client Important Information newborn photography

All images can be kept 100% private & off any site if requested at time of contract. Contract must specify that agreement otherwise images may be used to promote Grace Rose Photo business.  

-Printing available upon request. Prints get picked up at studio. Full payment required before placement of print order. Non refundable

-Prints and products can only be ordered from your final gallery which are all fully edited digital images. These will include digital images selected for package and any that were additionally purchased.
*-Additional digital images can be purchased.  Additional images must be paid in full before receiving gallery release code.

-What's my editing style?!? What can be expected from my editing?

* I don't have a set style that I use on all  images. I love being creative and I see photography as an art form. So, I enjoy a variation of editing and photography styles. I like to have very good communication with clients in order to achieve the vision they have. Some of the styles I do love are Dreamy, Painterly, Boho, Dramatic, Pops of color, Black/White, Light & Airy styles. 

* Part of my editing process will always include light editing of blemishes, bruises, and background object that aren't intended to be in image. My goal is to create images that show every persons beauty as they are at their best. Yet keeping an overall natural look of the individual in final image.

* I do not edit freckles, birthmarks or scars unless asked by client. I also do not do  extensive body editing.
Every client gets the option to Pick your style! Very light airy, Normal/Neutrals, Dark/Moody, Color pop or Black & white. However, if same image is picked in two color tones each image will count as one. This is always included in my client contract unless it's a promotion deal and I specify what style I'll be shooting and editing in.
-All images are High resolution and fully edited digital images   

-I do not sell or give original Raw files with packages      

*Painterly/fine art images have a special in my heart. Making someone's imaginary dream come true! Who doesn't like to dream and envision them selves in a magical world! Although these images do require extensive editing time the end result is magical and one of a kind. These images can also be included into regular sessions (custom session), additional cost will apply accordingly.                              

Half of total amount is due at time of booking date/time and other within 3 months. Full payment must be made to receive images.
Can travel to the comfort of your home and out of Fresno/Clovis area for an additional traveling fee. Example; a beach or newborn session.

Preview gallery with partial edited images is produced in average time 2-3 weeks for viewing and selection process.

Finalized gallery of purchased images are ready in average time 2-3 weeks from date client makes selections.

Rush Delivery option is an additional $100

1 week for preview & 1 week for finalized gallery from date client chooses images. 

Booking deposit is required to reserve your date/time. The amount of deposit is half of your session total. Any remainder amount is due on the day of appointment. For all mini sessions full payment required. Once deposit has been processed, appointment is confirmed. Unfortunately I am unable to hold date/time without a booking deposit as sessions are first come first served basis.  Booking ahead of time also secures your session price in the case session prices go up.
